  • Drinks - Drinks need to be sugar free, natural mineral water, soda water, tea and coffee
  • Condiments - Horseradish, pickles, tomato sauce (one tablespoon), mustard, vinegar and fat free salad dressings
  • Sweet substitutes - Sugar free gum, sugar free jam and sugar free lollies
  • Seasonings - Cinnamon, curry, chives, lemon juice, celery seeds, basil, garlic, onion powder, soy sauce, oregano, paprika, lime, mint, pepper, herbs and spices, pimiento, and Worcestershire sauce
  • When cooking always use non stick cookware so that you don't have to add oil
