Weight Loss - Are Body Fat Scales Accurate? By Beverleigh H Piepers
If you have done any reading at all about health and fitness, you know one thing: body fat matters, body weight doesn't. While the two do typically go hand in hand, there are always people who have high body weight and appear overweight but have a high level of muscle mass and are in fact, exceptionally lean.
If you are attempting to lose weight, it is best to measure whether you are losing fat or losing body weight. Body weight can be a mixture of fat and lean muscle mass tissue, which is less than ideal.
As you strive to improve your health, you only want to be losing body fat. So this now begs the question, should you invest in a body fat scale? It would seem to be the best solution. This way you can monitor which way your body fat levels are going. Before you run out and buy the first body fat scale you see, however, you do need to keep one thing in mind: not all scales are accurate.
Here is what to keep in mind.
Methods Of Measuring Body Fat Levels. There are many methods of measuring your body fat levels...
1. One approach is to pinch various areas of your body and determine how thick those areas are. The thicker the pinch, the more body fat: this is referred to as a skin caliper reading.
2. Another method is to put yourself through an electronic scanner, dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA previously referred to as DEXA), which will determine bone density, fat mass, and lean muscle mass tissue. This is the most accurate method. However, you cannot do it yourself, and it can be costly to have performed.
3. The third method is to use what is known as bio-electrical impedance, which is where an electrical current is sent through your body, and the speed of travel is determined. The current will not travel fast through fat mass, so the slower it is, the more fat you are said to have.
The bio-electrical impedance method seems ideal in theory, but the problem is your hydration levels can throw it off. If you are dehydrated, you will appear much "fatter" than if you are hydrated. This method is the one most home scales go by. While it is beneficial to be able to check your reading conveniently, it is not an accurate one. You can follow the current trend and use one of these home scales but remember you need to be at the same level of hydration at all times. Measuring your levels first thing every morning can help out with your hydration levels being similar.
Getting your body fat checked by a DXA scanner a few times a year and relying on how your clothes look and feel, could be a better approach.
Although managing your disease can be very challenging, Type 2 diabetes is not a condition you must just live with. You can make simple changes to your daily routine and lower both your weight and your blood sugar levels. Hang in there, the longer you do it, the easier it gets.

Weight Loss - The Best And Worst Steps to Take to Kick Start Your Diet Plan By Beverleigh H Piepers
If you are on a healthy eating diet plan right now, there is one thing you can be sure of: there are some major do's and don'ts. Too many people get into the habit of looking at one aspect of the plan and focus on that exclusively. For instance, it might be calories, so they think about their calorie intake, and that becomes their primary focus. They look at eating low carbs, and carbohydrates become their primary focus 24 hours a day.
It is crucial you do not miss the big picture here. Take a step back and look at the best and worst steps you could take on your diet plan...
Best: Eat More Greens. There is no doubt about it; you need to eat more greens. Any fresh produce will do. Get it in - the more, the better.
Worst: Drink Your Calories. One point to focus on avoiding is drinking your calories. When you drink your calories, you are not going to get the same satiety benefits you would if you ate them; therefore you may find yourself consuming more calories than you initially planned. Focus on food calories and drink water. The only exception to this is with protein powder shakes.
Best: Add More Protein. Speaking of protein powder, do focus on including more protein in your diet. Most people are not eating enough, so more will do you well. Chicken, fish, turkey, lean steak, eggs, protein powder - all are excellent sources.
Worst: Go To Extremes. Another step you can take is to ensure you do not go to extremes. Avoid eating an ultra-low calorie diet plan as this will only lead to a sluggish metabolism and stalled fat loss.
Avoid cutting all carbs or fats out of your diet plan - you need those nutrients. Balance is critical.
Best: Eat More Omega-3 Fats. It is essential to take in enough omega-3 fatty acids, and this is another area where many people fall short. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the healthiest nutrients you can eat, so be mindful about including them. Salmon, flaxseed, and walnuts are all great choices.
Worst: Forget About Nutritional Value. Finally, make sure you do not become so caught up in watching the calorie numbers you forget to consider the actual nutritional value of the food you choose. Does the food contain sufficient nutrients for example, or will the food be considered empty calories? A diet full of processed foods is never going to be a good option.
If you keep these tips in mind, you should be on your way to eating healthier than ever.
Although managing your disease can be very challenging, Type 2 diabetes is not a condition you must just live with. You can make simple changes to your daily routine and lower both your weight and your blood sugar levels. Hang in there, the longer you do it, the easier it gets.

Fighting Fit - Martial Arts and Weight loss
If your goal is to improve your fitness or lose weight but you need to do something more exciting than jogging on a treadmill to keep you motivated, perhaps you should consider doing a martial art like boxing, kickboxing, karate, or judo.
In this article we list the top 10 reasons to consider doing a martial art for fitness and weight loss to help you decide if doing one is right for you.
1. Doing martial arts for weight loss
It's no coincidence that gyms, personal trainers and producers of exercise videos and DVD's are now heavily incorporating training techniques and exercises from a wide variety of martial arts in their workouts.
Boxercise, Tae Bo, Cardio-Kickboxing, Kung Fu Aerobics, and personal trainers using punching bags, focus mitts and kicking pads in their sessions are just a couple of examples of how martial arts training is being used in cardio workouts for fitness and weight loss.
Because martial art training is typically high intensity and usually lasts for at least an hour in most cases, it burns a maximum number of kilojoules or calories per workout and is therefore great for anyone who wants to lose weight and lose it fast.
2. Doing martial arts for fitness
Most martial arts incorporate exercises and drills that improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance, help build muscle strength and improve muscle flexibility so they are perfect for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness.
Cardiovascular fitness improvements require us to regularly elevate our heart rate for extended periods and most martial arts training can help us do that.
Improving the strength, size and shape of our muscles requires us to regularly subject them to some form of resistance training. Martial arts training helps provide this training by requiring us to perform exercises like push-ups and squats using our own body weight for resistance.
Improved flexibility is a natural byproduct of martial arts training because most, if not all styles of martial art incorporate stretching exercises in their workouts.
As a result of providing all of these fitness benefits, martial artists like boxers and kickboxers are widely regarded as being among the fittest athletes in the world and practitioners of karate, judo, etc are considered among the strongest pound-for-pound and most flexible athletes in the world.
3. Doing martial arts and self-defense
One of the most obvious benefits of doing a martial art is that it provides us with the fitness, strength, skill and techniques necessary to protect ourselves from being attacked by others who are out to harm us if the need should ever arise.
Like an insurance policy, we hope you're never in a position to have to use your martial arts training to defend yourself, but it's great to know this ability is there just in case.
Because they are primarily concerned with elevating our heart rates to burn energy and improve our fitness, many of the workouts listed above like Tae Bo, Boxercise, etc don't really provide this benefit to the same extent as doing martial arts training with a dedicated teacher in a martial arts school that only provides one service - to teach you a specific martial art.
Many people mistakenly believe that because they punch a focus mitt 50 times during a session with their personal trainer that they know how to punch properly and can therefore defend themselves if they need to. This is a big mistake and we hope these people never find themselves in a situation where this belief is tested.
Unless they've had many years of martial arts training themselves, most personal trainers and gym instructors will not be able to offer advice about your punching and kicking technique, they are only really qualified to hold the focus mitts or kick-pad for you while you punch or kick them.
Remember, while probably great at what they do, these trainers are more like aerobics instructors than specifically qualified martial arts instructors.
4. Doing martial arts and self-confidence
In addition to providing us with the ability to defend ourselves, one of the greatest personal benefits that martial art training provides is a high degree of self-confidence.
This self-confidence partly results from the knowledge that we are much better equipped to defend ourselves given that we have done some martial arts training, but it also comes from a sense of achievement once we begin to master the techniques taught to us and the new confidence that results from feeling fitter and stronger and looking fitter and stronger.
Given that one of the first things to suffer, and one of the hardest things to reestablish afterwards, when we become overweight is our self-confidence this benefit is of particular value to those of us who have a weight problem.
5. Doing martial arts to improve body balance and coordination
As well as helping us to become fitter and stronger, martial art training typically involves the mastery of a range of techniques that requires us to be well-balanced and have superior body coordination.
In learning to master these techniques we naturally improve our balance and our coordination which helps us with other aspects of our daily life.
6. Doing martial arts for variety
Martial art training provides great variety in two ways.
Firstly, martial arts training sessions themselves have great variety built into them by including warm-ups and cool-downs, stretching exercises, strength building exercises, cardio exercises and exercises designed to improve and teach us a wide variety of techniques.
This variety is great for our mind as well as our body.
Secondly, there are such a wide variety of martial arts to study that we should be able to easily find one that suits our particular goals and interests.
Whether we prefer to do a martial art that primarily revolves around striking or grappling techniques or a perfect mix of both, or we want to study a highly technical or very simple style, the choice is great.
7. Doing martial arts teaches discipline and provides motivation
Everybody knows that studying a martial art requires and teaches discipline.
Because it is also goal orientated, training in one of the many martial arts also provides a great deal of motivation.
Lack of discipline and motivation are the most often quoted reasons for weight loss failures and for this reason, doing a martial art for weight loss and fitness may help many of us who lack the required discipline and motivation to achieve our weight loss goals to overcome these common barriers to success.
8. Doing martial arts for spirituality
One definition of spirituality is "Activities which renew, lift up, comfort, heal and inspire both ourselves and those with whom we interact."
Martial art training has been practiced by millions of people over many centuries because among other things, it has a great ability to spiritually uplift us.
As well as forging a better connection between our mind and body, it also has the ability to forge a better connection between us and our world and us and others.
9. Doing martial arts training is relatively inexpensive
Compared to joining some gyms and hiring some personal trainers, training at a martial arts school or dojo is relatively inexpensive.
Many martial arts schools charge a very modest monthly fee for training and the beauty of this is you can train when and as often as it suits you.
In addition to low ongoing training costs, buying a uniform and any equipment you may need to train in most cases will be relatively inexpensive as well.
10. Doing martial arts has a social aspect
Many people who start doing martial arts training for weight loss, improved fitness or self-defense end up enjoying it most for its social aspects.
As well as training and learning with others with similar goals, many martial arts trainees help encourage and motivate each other and end up becoming very good friends.
Many martial arts instructors too have very friendly dispositions and foster a fun and friendly environment in which to train which endears them to their students who typically also become close friends.
Conclusion
If your goal is to improve your fitness or lose weight but you need to do something more exciting than jogging on a treadmill to keep you motivated, perhaps you should consider doing a martial art like boxing, kickboxing, karate, or judo.
In this article we listed the top 10 reasons to consider doing a martial art for fitness and weight loss to help you decide if doing one is right for you.

Post Pregnancy Weight Loss - Finding the Right Mindset
It has been an exciting nine months of your life, eating without restrictions, sleeping without any problems and of course minimal exercising on your end. Now that your baby is here, you are so excited, full of joy, but you are also wondering about your post pregnancy weight loss. While it did take you nine months to gain the added weight, you are wondering how in the world you will accomplish losing the pregnancy weight with a new baby.
You are lacking sleep because you have to be up with your new bundle of joy, your energy level is not at its highest, and you are flat out discouraged about getting that shape that you desire. First and foremost, you should know and really let it soak in your mind that you did not just gain that weight overnight. It took you nine months of eating so that your baby attained all of the nutrients he or she needed before they came into this world.
Furthermore, before moving forward with anything you cannot be so hard on yourself and say that you are not losing the weight fast enough or whatever negative thought that is running through your mind regarding your weight loss system.
Here are a couple of things that you should do immediately to start to increase the weight loss process.
Write Down Your Goals
Like many people say these days, write down your goals. If you cannot see it on paper how are you going to remember? Take the time out to write down some realistic, attainable goals that you can commit to doing. Examples of those can be things like walking for 30 minutes everyday, skipping desert and opting for fruit when you get the "sweet tooth", or even cooking less red meats and adding more protein to your diet. All of these things are simple changes that you can make to create a better lifestyle for yourself. Now that you have a new baby in your life, you will want to stay healthy not just for yourself, but for the baby as well.
Breastfeeding
Yes, one of the most simple, yet powerful ways of getting starting with your post pregnancy weight loss plan. Breastfeeding is strictly recommended by many doctors, nurses, and other moms in the world because it is so important for your child. Breast milk is equipped with all of the nutrients and antibodies that your baby will need and it increases their health level. While it is doing all of this for your child, breastfeeding is also working on your behalf. Your body burns calories when you are breastfeeding, which in turn losing calories means losing weight. While you may not lose all of the pregnancy weight, it definitely helps out.
Post pregnancy weight loss no longer has to be that hard for you especially if you change your mindset, visualize your goals, and start of with breastfeeding. Remember to take your time when getting back to doing physical activities. You should make sure that you have properly healed and then once you are, you should start changing some things little by little.

Weight Loss - Rapid Vs Slow and Steady
Weight loss - there's not one of us who enjoys it. When it comes to achieving our weight loss goals, most of us would love to able to achieve it quickly. In fact, it probably doesn't matter what kind of goals we have - we'd just like to get there fast. The sooner the better and that especially pertains to losing weight!
Just think how it would feel if you had a few more pounds to lose and you could just wake up in a couple of weeks and have that figure that you're striving for. Is that possible? It definitely is!
Rapid weight loss occurs when you follow a crash diet, one of those diets where you drastically reduce your calorie intake so your body is forced to burn fat very quickly to compensate for the deficit. This is not the healthiest course to follow but if you need to lose weight quickly for a special event like a wedding, then it is a short term fix.
The problem with crash diets is that your body will eventually get used to the decrease in calorie consumption and will burn less and less fat as time goes on. In fact, you'll actually reach a point where your process of losing weight plateaus and you stop losing all fat.
Limiting your calories when you're on these types of diets means that you're also limiting the essential nutrients that you take in. This is detrimental to your health and something that you don't want to expose your body to for any length of time. And to top it off, once you start to eat normally again, you'll start to gain weight back so everything that you lost will just be temporary.
Steady weight loss, on the other hand, in not as exciting or instantly satisfying like rapid loss, in fact it can be a little bit frustrating sometimes. It can be disappointing to step on the scale and see that you've lost just a pound or two after a long week of dieting and exercising.
Slow and steady loss involves slowly cutting back on your food, a little bit at a time, just enough to create a small calorie deficit while combining the proper exercise routine. What's so good about his method is the fact that you're not doing anything drastically so your body doesn't need to react to the calorie deficit the same way that it does with the shock of a crash diet.
Since you're cutting back on your food in a slow manner, chances are that you're going to get used to the amount of food very easily and you'll be less likely to revert back to your old eating habits. You'll also be eating a significantly greater amount of food than you would on that crash diet, resulting in your body receiving the right amount of essential nutrients.
So which diet is better when it comes to weight loss? Rapid or slow and steady? It all really depends on your goals and your intentions. If you want to lose weight rapidly just for a specific event then go ahead and give the crash diet a whirl. When you're ready to make losing weight a serious and lifetime way of life then take it slow and steady.
Weight loss is a wonderful and fulfilling experience that will change your life. Choosing a weight loss program is an exciting and necessary step that you should be proud of. Boot Camps for Weight Loss - Fitness Phenomenon or Overrated?
People are always on the lookout for new and exciting exercises to lose weight fast. Clearly, the prospect of a typical morning jog or walk is not the most exciting idea for most people. And unless you are excited about a certain exercise and look forward to it, you won't be able to find the initiative to incorporate it into your lifestyle.
Consequently, there are a lot of new weight loss workouts being advertised in the market. One of them is the idea of military style boot camps for weight loss. This is a trend that is catching on fast in the UK and the US, especially amongst people who treat exercise as a challenge. Here is an analysis of the pros and cons of this new weight loss phenomenon.
A Fun Way To Lose Weight
Weight loss boot camps are adapted from the concept of military training regimes. However, this needn't frighten you away. A boot camp is actually a lot of fun, since it brings together people of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels in an interactive and friendly team set-up. The physical challenge is always there, but so are exciting games, some good food and the prospect of engaging social interaction. You will make friends with like-minded people, and end up helping each other push beyond your boundaries.
Flexible and Good for Everyone
The instructors are trained fitness experts, who adapt each person's workload according to their own fitness levels, capacity and objectives. Furthermore, with most fitness companies, you will also be able to choose from a range of packages, starting from a regular early morning boot camp session to weekend boot camp outings and even boot camp vacations. There is hardly any other weight loss exercise-system that offers such a unique combination of a group atmosphere and flexibility to individual needs and capacities.
The Benefits
The workouts involve a combination of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercises, disguised as fun tasks with specific goals to achieve. During a weight loss boot camp-session, you will give your entire body a serious workout, burn a truckload of calories and strengthen muscles you may not have used in a long time.
A lot of people have reportedly lost 5-9 lbs during a 7-day boot camp session, and considering the all-out emphasize on healthy eating and exercise, these claims don't seem exaggerated! The best part is that boot camps are adaptable to every level of fitness and age group, so no one will feel left out. However, there are some potential downsides to consider as well.
Possible Drawbacks
To begin with, the fact is that a weight loss boot camp is very intensive. As such, it may not suit people who have been sedentary for very long and want to ease into a fitness routine. It can even appear quite intimidating to people not used to exercise.
Additionally, one mustn't forget that most weight loss boot camps are extremely short-term programs. Even if you manage to lose a lot of weight, you will gradually put on all that weight, if you slip back into your old habits after the camp. Make sure you heed the exercise and diet tips that your boot camp instructor gives you, and make sustainable lifestyle changes even after the camp is over.
The final verdict is that weight loss boot camps are extremely effective and a lot of fun, while they last. However, for sustainable weight loss and good health, you will need to find a way to continue with your good habits even after the camp is over.

Powerful, Positive Law of Attraction - Weight Loss Affirmations
I have a radical approach in regard to WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS that reflect my specific, focused plan that promotes weight loss without saying anything about weight loss or diets! I've stated my case in a previous article (id#1417068), and now I will expand on the those ideas as well as suggesting other effective WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS.
Effective WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS must reflect powerful thinking paths aligned with Law of Attraction principles. The Law of Attraction stresses the creative power of thought; the direction of your thinking creates the reality you experience.
The overwhelming majority of weight loss plans either don't work or can't be maintained because the wrong ideas are in the plans and the affirmations. WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS should:
Be totally positive
Have not a word about weight loss in them
Reflect reality and not fantasy
Focus on a greater, more powerful goal than weight loss
Since like attracts like according to the Law of Attraction, WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS must be totally positive, having words that reflect an exciting, motivating vision. The concept of weight loss is fraught with powerful negative feelings and memories, guilt, frustration and the like.
That is why affirmations for weight loss must not have a word about weight loss! Remember, like attracts like. If "weight loss" is on your mind all the time, the word and emotional power of "weight" is dominating your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind, and especially in areas like weight, will have powerful emotional associations that direct your behavior much more than you realize.
That is why my primary affirmation focused on Vibrant Health. That concept is a far more positive, powerfully motivating goal than anything about weight loss. Those words literally charged me with motivation and excitement. Since my behavior was reflecting that goal, my affirmation reflected reality and was not some absurd fantasy about being "thin inside" or other weak, ineffective, if not foolish ideas.
Here are some other WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS that are aligned with powerful Law of Attraction thinking and reflect the concepts listed above:
I'm in the process of developing an attractive body.
I'm developing a lifestyle of vibrant health.
I'm creating a body that I like and enjoy.
My lifestyle eating changes are changing my body.
Weight Loss isn't what you want - AN ATTRACTIVE BODY THAT YOU LIKE AND ENJOY is what you want! Of course, you must have a plan that creates weight loss, but that overarching goal, that powerfully motivating vision is what you want to see in the mirror!
As I stated in my previous article, affirmations like this place the powerful, motivating, exciting goals in the forefront and put weight loss secondary. Believe me, I certainly thought about weight loss often in the process of losing 30lbs, but the constant "song" that my spirit sang was all about Vibrant Health.
If you were to do a web search about weight loss affirmations you will find quite a few focused on what is not wanted, instead of what is wanted. Some will use terms like "releasing" in regard to things you don't want. I believe in "casting out darkness" with light.
You may use the word "release" in regard to things you don't want, but your subconscious mind "hears" what you don't want loud and clear! Focus on what you want! What is it that you really want?
I believe what you want is to be happy about how you look and feel; it's as simple as that. Focus on what you really want. Weight loss is only a path toward a goal and vision of what you see and feel about yourself.
Yes, you must have a well thought through path and approach, but the thoughts that begin in that powerful mind of yours that can create a new life need to have an exciting and motivating goal. Your spirit needs to be inflamed with a vision of what your mind is creating. Let any WEIGHT LOSS AFFIRMATIONS that you develop reflect what you truly desire, inspire your heart and then focus your mind on that wonderful vision of yourself.

Underweight and Overweight - Powerful Natural Remedies Revealed!
http://ezinearticles.com/?Underweight-and-Overweight---Powerful-Natural-Remedies-Revealed!&id=9990277

Your normal weight is dependent upon three factors: height, age and skeletal structure. Naturally the weight of the individual should alter through the several stages of life. And, quite as naturally, the amount and kind of food needed to maintain the proper weight will also vary, dependent upon the person's occupation and general activity.
To say that overweight is the result of overeating is like saying that a fire is the result of a match. Who struck the match? What caused the overeating? Overeating is not a cause but rather a result. Have you noticed how your eating habits vary when you are occupied and when you are not occupied: when you are lonely and when you are not; when you are tense and when you are relaxed? The busy, satisfied and relaxed people of the world are rarely overweight. The idle, lonely and nervous people frequently are.
When you are not occupied and feel that you should be, you eat to excuse your idleness. ("I'll do it after supper - after I have a sandwich - as soon as I'm through eating - one must eat, you know.")
When you are lonely, you eat to replace the satisfaction of friendship. When you are nervous, you eat to forget the cause of that tension or despair. Here again is proof of the inseparability of mind and body.
The unfortunate result of unhappiness is not only overeating, but consuming worthless, fattening foods. The act of replacing some need of mind or soul with body food is a form of blackmail. You are "buying off" the mind through ransom paid the body. Naturally this ransom must be a luxurious one. That is why the unhappy people of the world dote on chocolates, ice-cream, rich cakes and the like. And here a ridiculous contradiction frequently takes place. The unhappy soul stuffs him or herself with appetite-murderers and frequently neglects the essential foods for health. Thus, contradictory as it may appear, many people are a stone and a half and two stone overweight and yet anaemic, undernourished, suffering the ravages of malnutrition!
I have long realized the truth in the words "Happiness is medicine." You must come to realize this too, for it is an undeniable law of nature.
The underweight people of the world are also "frequently products of a mental rather than a physical condition. You have seen the "drivers" of our world, those who throw themselves into their work without a thought to their well-being. They are frequently the victims of the "success philosophy," believing that only wealth and power bring happiness. They drive themselves and their fellow workers to the peak of production and creativity, but they usually have to be driven to the table to eat. What they eat does them little good, going through their bodies like mercury as they tear back into their dedicated labour. The man who thinks that life is all work and the one who believes it all play usually both lands on the scrap-heap years before their time.
I will not be foolish enough to claim that underweight and overweight are purely the result of a mind without peace; but I will maintain that anguish, nervousness, despair and disdain for fellow humans, one or all of these, are either the cause of, or a major contributing factor to underweight and overweight conditions as well as to much of the physical ills of the world.
In dieting to gain or lose weight, two dangers must be avoided. The underweight person must avoid increasing his intake of calories while ignoring the basic food requirements and the overweight must beware of haphazardly decreasing his food intake, thus depriving the body of minimal energy, bone, blood and nerve nutrients. The basic diet for all should contain some organically grown foods and a full share of all the vitamins and minerals needed to maintain a healthy body and mind. Above all, beware of the fad diets which guarantee to build you up or tear you down in twenty-four hours. These "Seven Days to Health" and "Ten Days to Beauty" programmes are a fraud, at best, and a hazard to your very life, at worst.
There is no overnight diet to total health. More precisely, there is no diet to total health. The food you eat is but one element in the pattern of your life. The road to health does not begin with your stomach alone, or your skin or your feet or mind, but with all of these and more. The road to health is that which we pave with a life lived in complete harmony with nature.
"A Complete Guide To Healthy Eating," an article in my online wellness journal outlines several food programmes which, when added to a life in total harmony with nature, will help to provide you with the sparkling health that should be yours. There you will find food programmes designed for the underweight, overweight, as well as others. These were carefully prepared with the aim of providing the healthiest, tastiest and most natural food programme for each person's needs. In reading through these wisely chosen diets, recall the words of Socrates, "Some men live to eat. I eat to live."
There are millions hits on the internet search drive for Wellness - from mental to physical health, cardiac fitness, cancer, yoga, how to overcome certain ailments such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, stoke, and tips on weight loss and how to grow taller, with many other ideas getting honorable mention. It takes quite a bit of research to find any one site that has so much to offer on all these fronts, let alone one that can combine all the needs for your innermost wellness - joy, bliss and beyond. For wellness' sake you can stop looking out there, and take some time for yourself, a sort of one-stop-shop: BalancedLifestyleWikipedia.
