You have to wonder why everything seems like a job. School seems like a job, for those of you who have children parenting can be a job, cleaning your house can be a job, and most of all your job is most definitely a job. 1) Go Swimming. It's great for building strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance. Swimming can also be a form of relaxation, staying cool during summer heat, and a lot of fun especially when you take it to the beach!
2) Walk Everywhere. If you live in a community where everything is just blocks away, walking can be a great way to get you to and fro. We all know about the wonderful benefits walking has for your health, so why not do it instead of hopping in a car? Plus you'll get to enjoy all the sites along the way to your destination. And if you have a pet, it's a great activity for the both of you!
3) Take Up A Sport. Whether it's volleyball, basketball, baseball, football, or whatever other "ball" sport there is out there, sports is a great way to stay active. 4) Enjoy Nature. This is great for those of you who are the outdoorsy type. There are so many activities one can do out in nature that can keep you physically in apt and can also be very enjoyable.
